Junior Global Brand Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities 

  • As a Junior Global Brand Manager (m/f/d) you will support the global PiCK UP! team in the delivery of global brand strategy and in the day-to-day business
  • You will manage & guard the brand equity consistency across the world together with the marketing community and will contribute to bring our brand positioning to life.
  • You will manage flawless developments and rollout of product renovations, working with BU's and other departments to ensure they fit the brand, market & consumer opportunity. 
  • You will analyse and evaluate the external market, competition and consumer data relevant to us, and contribute to develop brand plans, working with the Global team and broader BU marketing community to drive brand health and performance in short and long term.
  • You will take part in international projects for communication and design, including aligning and managing agencies, stakeholders and markets (up to 10 BU's).
  • Managing brand portfolio and articles complexity supporting the markets with the identification of the ideal assortment (format and variants).
  • You bear responsibility for and in interdepartmental projects and present your own projects in internal meetings and committees.

Your Profile

  • You have completed a good degree in business administration with a focus on marketing.
  • You have gained a minimum 2 years of experience in the FMCG sector in brand/product management preferably in the food industry.
  • You have passion for consumer goods and brands, which encourages you to be creative and try out new things
  • You have a high level of analytical understanding, a good balance between strategic thinking skills and a hands-on mentality will set you apart.
  • You have excellent communication skills in English and German, as well as excellent interpersonal skills. 
  • You can inspire others with your ideas and are motivated to work in an international environment with different countries and cultures.
  • You like to support others and exchange ideas.
