Junior Brand Manager (m/f/d) 


Your responsibilities

As Italy Junior Brand Manager, you will work with the Brand Manager and the Western Europe team to develop and deliver a fully integrated local Marketing plan focusing on: 
  • Understand and assess the market situation on an ongoing basis, using the insights to input into the overall market & activation plan. 
  • Actively implement elements of the aligned marketing & local brand strategy together with the Brand Manager, including helping to develop rolling brand plans. 
  • Execute operational marketing in order to sustain the local brand activation and development.
  • Support the sales team with presentations and customer requirements where necessary.
  • Develop and coordinate the projects assigned keeping the timing and involving different departments and stakeholders to ensure the results.
  • Monitor & analyze brand performance in market and use insight to optimize the activity and performance. Collaborate with the Western Europe team to ensure clear reporting and understanding.
  • Execute flawless in market execution as required - across the marketing mix, both in and outside of stores, working with agencies as needed.
  • Dedicate time to understand local retail environment, competitive frame, partner needs to generate local insights and turn them into tangible results. Spend time in store and work with local sales team to evaluate current and future in market opportunities, and follow on competition and consumer trends.


Your profile

  • You have 2+ years experience of marketing/sales, in FMCG or other consumer goods industries ideally with some international experience.
  • You have some brand and project management experience.
  • You have a degree in Economics.
  • You have experience in dealing in multiple stakeholders environments.
  • You are fluent in Italian & English with German preferred.
  • You have analytical and synthesis skills and can derive insight from different sources.
  • You are self motivated and happy to engage on both operational and strategic tasks.
  • You are open to travel and engage with colleagues internationally.
  • You have a proactive and team-work attitude and you are able to work with a good level of autonomy.
